Before you visit
- Arrive 5 minutes early for your first visit so we can run through a quick consultation.
- Tell us about any injuries, conditions or areas to avoid — before or during the treatment.
- Wear whatever's comfortable; you'll have complete privacy to get ready.
- First visit? £10 off your first visit — mention it when you book.
Cancellations
Plans change — we get it. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to rearrange or cancel so the slot can go to someone else. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged.
