Most people treat massage as a repair job: wait until something hurts, then book. It works far better as maintenance. Here's a practical guide — no hard sell, just what we see work.

If tension builds up fast

Desk job, gym several times a week, physically demanding work: every 2–3 weeks keeps you ahead of it. A focused 30-minute back, neck & shoulder massage on that rhythm often does more than a long session twice a year.

If it's about stress and sleep

Monthly is the sweet spot for most people. A 55-minute Full Body Relax once a month is a habit your nervous system will thank you for — many clients book the next one before they leave.

If you train seriously

Around your heaviest blocks: a deep pressure massage every fortnight or after peak weeks, lighter work in deload weeks.

The honest rule of thumb

If you only remember your last massage because it was "ages ago", you're leaving most of the benefit on the table. Start with one visit, see how your body responds for the week after, and set the interval from that.

We're open Monday to Friday, 10–7, on Regents Park Road — and your first visit is £10 off.
